Late summer light and the most beautiful venue set the scene for Sophie and Jonny’s big day. Taking our cue from the season and with the trust of the couple, we filled the space with colour and all the flowers that filled the market the week of the wedding. Dahlias in burnt toffee, saffron and burgundy jostled with sanguisorbia, daucus, thistles, helenium, achillia, ornamental grasses and olive along with bundles of oak, cotinus and cotoneaster. As well as bridal flowers and a rustic installation for the outside ceremony we mixed stem vases in cut glass and copper along with brushed gold candlesticks on the table for magical light in the barn as the sun set.
