Romantic wedding amongst the splendor of the National Gallery

This special wedding at the iconic National Gallery was a joy.

Within the Barry Rooms we designed a soft and ethereal floral arch, lit-from-within for a spectacular wedding at the National Gallery. Creating the illusion of being surrounded by flowers, we crafted a full and flowery arch design which grew beyond the couple with abundant meadows. We used a muted palette to compliment the surroundings with flowers grouped and layered with movement, giving an ethereal yet luxurious feel.

Following the ceremony, guests dined within Gallery 34 amongst the splendor of 18th-century British Society with Turner, Stubbs and Constable artworks as their dining backdrop. A sumptuous table arrangement featuring generous bowls and cut glass vases of poppies, muscari, parrot tulips and narcissus, designed to evoke the bold colours, curves, shapes and frills in Dutch masters paintings.
We’ve taken care of some incredible (and all so different) events since being accredited as a floristry supplier in 2023. We can’t wait to see what’s next for us at this beautiful and inspiring space.
