Mary Jane Vaughan Designs were honoured to have been invited by long standing clients Inca Productions to play a part in the production of Sabato De Sarnos’ Gucci Cruise 2025.
Our scope was to immerse the ceiling and doorway of Tate Modern’s Tanks with a tapestry of sprawling foliage and vines designed to merge seamlessly with Cargill Sykes beautiful landscape and planting design.
Jamie Butterworth’s Form Plants and talented planting team brought the plans to life with the supply and installation of a verdant and nuanced collection of pioneer species of trees, shrubs, grasses and ferns.
This planting saw the raw concrete of the Tanks ‘invaded by a poetic panorama of greenery’ in Sabato’s words.
This was a complex and multi day build for our team and one we are incredibly proud of. A true honour to be part of a stellar team making fashion history in London.
