The Royal Albert Hall held a fundraising event with Heston Blumenthal and Rhubarb Catering, and we couldn’t have been more excited to be asked to be a part of the team to work on making the vision come to life. As part of our preparations, we were allowed access into the vaults of the Royal Albert Hall, where we were able to rummage around and find some beautiful pots and vases to use, as well as two spectacular busts of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert to use as our table centrepieces (along with over 1,000 peonies!).

It was certainly one of the most unique and spectacular events we have ever had the privilege to be a part of, and not one any of us is ever likely to forget!
