The brief for Lydia and Guillerme’s wedding was to create botanical, garden-like and frothy celebratory flowers. Working with the wonderful Emma at Westacott Weddings, we created playfully arranged and softly botanical designs with airy layers of dancing stems, grasses and foliages.
For the ballroom, the bespoke blue and white patterned linen was inspired by traditional Chinese porcelain vases and Portuguese Azulejo tiles to reflect the heritage of Lydia and Guillerme and their families.
Our floral colour palette focused on vintage peach, ballet slipper pink, oyster pink, coral, lilac, baby blue and mustard and featured blooms such as spray roses, cosmos, dahlia, scabious and botanical touches through British grown foliage and wild flowers such as dill seed heads, Japanese anemones and aster.
